  1. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
  2.  
  3. IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY: This End-User 
  4. License Agreement (EULA) is a legal 
  5. agreement between you (either an
  6. individual or a single entity) and our
  7. company for the software product 
  8. identified above, which includes
  9. computer software and associated media and
  10. printed materials(if any), and may include
  11. online or electronic documentation 
  12. (SOFTWARE PRODUCT or SOFTWARE). By 
  13. installing, copying, or otherwise using 
  14. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be 
  15. bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do 
  16. not agree to the terms of this Agreement, 
  17. you are not authorized to use the SOFTWARE 
  18. PRODUCT.

  20. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by
  21. copyright laws and international copyright
  22. treaties, as well as other intellectual
  23. property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE
  24. PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
  25.  
  26. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you
  27. the following rights:
  28.     Use and Copy. Our company grants to you
  29. the right to make copies of the SOFTWARE 
  30. PRODUCT for backup and archival purposes.
  31.  
  32. 2.  RESTRICTIONS.
  33. --You must maintain all copyright notices 
  34. on all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.   
  35. --You may not distribute copies of the
  36. SOFTWARE PRODUCT to third parties.   
  37. --You may not reverse engineer, decompile,
  38. or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  39. except and only to the extent that such
  40. activity is expressly permitted by 
  41. applicable law notwithstanding this 
  42. limitation.
  43. --You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE 
  44. PRODUCT. 
  45. --You may permanently transfer all of your
  46. rights under this EULA only in conjunction
  47. with a permanent transfer of your validly
  48. licensed copy or copies of Windows 95.

  50. 3.  TERMINATION. Our company may terminate 
  51. this EULA if you fail to comply with the 
  52. terms and conditions of this EULA. In such 
  53. event, you must destroy all copies of the 
  54. SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  56. 4.  COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in
  57. and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies
  58. thereof are owned by our company or 
  59. suppliers. All title and intellectual 
  60. property rights in and to the content 
  61. which may be accessed through use of the 
  62. SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the 
  63. respective content owner and may be 
  64. protected by applicable copyright or other 
  65. intellectual property laws and treaties.
  66. This EULA grants you no rights to use such
  67. content.

  69. 5.  NO WARRANTY. ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE
  70. PRODUCT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SOFTWARE 
  71. PRODUCT IS PROVIDED FOR USE ONLY WITH 
  72. WINDOWS 95. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT 
  73. PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND 
  74. SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND 
  75. CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
  76. INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED 
  77. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR 
  78. A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

  80. 6.  NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL 
  81. DAMAGES.
  82. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
  83. APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE 
  84. OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, 
  85. INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL 
  86. DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT
  87. LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS
  88. PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF 
  89. BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER 
  90. PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF
  91. OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  92. EVEN IF OUR COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE 
  93. POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  94. BECAUSE SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO 
  95. NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF 
  96. LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL 
  97. DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT
  98. APPLY TO YOU.

  100. 7.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  OUR COMPANY'S
  101. ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY 
  102. UNDER THIS EULA SHALL NOT EXCEED FIVE 
  103. HUNDRED DOLLARS (NT500.00).
